Shipping & Returns
All our products are handwoven, all domestic and international orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver. However, delivery timeline may vary subjecting to product availability. In case of expedited delivery, please contact us at info@svatam.com
You can exchange or receive a credit note for any goods within 7 days of receipt or exchange it for a different size or color (except custom orders).
Orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges, payable by the recipient and you may be requested to pay duty charges prior to exportation of your order
If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know by contacting us at info@svatam.com
- We will not accept any exchange, returns or cancellations on oorders purchased during the sale period.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please Note:- Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be levied as per rules and regulations set forth by your government.
- The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make-up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product or we will give you a credit note which can be used to buy another product.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted..
- Please follow our return guidelines, Svatam cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned independently, we recommend that you use our return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package so that the order can be tracked.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
